This website was created to help any person or couple who is interested in learning about international adoption.  It was developed because they truly care about about children and the families who want to adopt them.

Our agency director has over 40 years of experience as a licensed psychologist, adoption expert, and devoted father and each of the staff he personally trained also has many years of experience. As a pioneer in the field of adoption, He has instituted many of the key concepts that protect birth parents, children and families.  Over 20 years ago, he set out to create a specialized adoption program to provide the personalized care that adopting families and the children they hope to adopt need at this special time in their lives.

The first step was the creation of our not-for-profit agency that is licensed in multiple states and is able to help adopting persons in any state. Since its founding we have worked with adopting families from all over the world and  the Agency's overall satisfaction rating has been, and continues to be, excellent.
