About Us

International Adoption Helpwas created to help any person or couple who is interested in learning about international adoption.  It was developed by Dr. Vince Berger and the staff of his fully licensed and non-profit agency, Adoption Services, because they truly care about about children and the families who want to adopt them.

Dr Berger has over 40 years of experience as a licensed psychologist, counselor, adoption facilitator, and devoted father and each of the staff he personally trained also has many years of experience. As a pioneer in the field of adoption, Dr. Berger instituted many of the key concepts that protect birth parents, children and families.  Over 20 years ago, Dr. Berger set out to create a specialized adoption program to provide the personalized care that adopting families and the children they hope to adopt need at this special time in their lives.

Dr. Berger's first step was the creation of Adoption Services, the non-profit adoption agency that is licensed in multiple states and is able to help adopting persons in all 50 states as well as those living in foreign countries. Since its founding in 1985, Adoption Services has worked with adopting families from all over the world and  the Agency's overall satisfaction rating has been, and continues to be, excellent.

Dr. Berger and his staff then set out to create several related websites to help persons interested not only in international adoption but in all aspects of adoption.  The result is this website and several other websites that you may find helpful including those listed below.
