Multiple Adoptions in China?

While it is possible to adopt more than one child from China the odds are against it.

Adopting more than one child from China is only possible by returning to China and repeating the adoption process. Families can request twins, but they are as rare in China as they are in the U.S. The adoption of two unrelated children is not allowed.  The possibility of adopting siblings exists, but it is rare.  Accordingly, families should be prepared for the referral of only one child.
